4. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

We conduct the following actions to mitigate risks:

  • Vet all candidates through robust compliance checks including identity, right to work, and DBS verification.
  • Assess client partners and suppliers for ethical practices.
  • Maintain open communication with our supply chain to promote awareness.

Our relevant internal policies include:

  • Whistleblowing Policy – encouraging staff and workers to report concerns in confidence.
  • Code of Conduct outlining expectations for ethical behavior.

6. Training

All staff involved in recruitment and compliance receive training on identifying signs of modern slavery and how to report concerns. We also ensure our agency workers are aware of their rights and how to seek help if needed.


7. Monitoring & Review

This statement is reviewed annually. We will continue to monitor and improve our processes to ensure compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
